Responsibilities: **Position is Contingent Upon Award** The Deputy Program Manager/Operations Lead serves as the second-in-command for the assigned contract, responsible for day-to-day operational execution, Agile Release Train (ART) coordination, and ensuring seamless delivery of malware analysis capabilities to USCYBERCOM. This position directly supports the Program Manager in all aspects of contract performance and serves as the primary operational interface with Government stakeholders. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 12+ years experience - Progressive experience in program/project management within DoD or Intelligence Community environments - Experience managing cyber operations, cybersecurity, or software development programs - Experience in a deputy or senior leadership role on contracts of similar size and complexity ($50M+ annually) - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a leadership capacity (Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or equivalent) - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Release...
