Department/Unit: Float Pool Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $86,650.99 - $134,309.04 The Educator uses the educational design process to close the knowledge, skills, and/or practice gaps identified through needs assessment and to impact evidence-based practice. The Educator is a nurse who, through clinical experience, study and supervised practice in patient care at the masters or BSN level, has gained expertise in a specific specialty area of patient care services.
