The Maintenance Tech assumes responsibility for assigned facility maintenance functions! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: As our Maintenance Tech you will: - Conduct general maintenance of resident units and common areas including carpentry, painting and other general repairs. - Prepare vacant units for move-in, including, but not limited to, painting, cleaning - Perform and arranges scheduled preventative maintenance and cleaning.
