Launch Leader Industrialization & New Product Introduction (NPI) About the role: We are looking for a Launch Leader to support industrialization and new product introduction activities in our Blonie production plant. This role is ideal for a motivated young professional with a few years of experience in a manufacturing environment who is eager to grow and take ownership of operational launch tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and update implementation plans for new product launches, new lines, or product variants. - Organize and participate in regular project status meetings, including reporting progress and open points. - Monitor daily industrialization activities to ensure alignment with the launch plan. - Identify and escalate potential risks or issues early. Work closely with: - Program Manager - Production, Quality, Logistics, Engineering, Finance - Technical Centers to gather and clarify technical requirements - Support operational activities during pilot runs and ramp-up phases in the plant. - Maintain updated documentation related to project and launch activities.
