Our Sr. Manager, Payments Compliance is responsible for supporting the CSG Forte Payment’s Compliance Program. You will be a subject matter expert in card network rules (Visa, Mastercard), Nacha Operating Rules, PCI DSS, cross-border payments requirements, licensing obligations, and other applicable laws, rules, and standards. You will support the Executive Director of Compliance in overseeing the effective implementation of these requirements across payments operations and related business functions. We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Payments Compliance who will: Provide expert guidance to Product, Risk, and Operations teams on new product launches, payment flows, and process changes to ensure total alignment with Card Network rules, internal policies, and regulatory standards. Review and assess new payment products, features, partnerships, and geographic expansions to identify regulatory, financial crime, licensing, and card network compliance implications, and escalate key considerations and recommendations.
