Job description

Position Title: Slate CRM Developer Department/School: Information Technology Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000 - $85,000 Job Summary: The Slate CRM Developer will play a key role in the implementation, integration, and ongoing support of the Slate CRM platform. This position will support multiple functional areas across the university, including Enrollment Management, Student Success, and Advancement. The Slate CRM Developer will collaborate closely with functional stakeholders and IT teams to ensure Slate is configured, integrated, and maintained in alignment with institutional goals and business processes, including seamless integration with the university’s ERP system. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Experience administering and supporting Slate CRM, including serving as a Slate Captain or primary system owner. - Experience with SQL, system integrations, data feeds, APIs, or middleware solutions. - Strong understanding of relational databases, data structures, and reporting. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Strong...
