ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is looking for a Plant Manager - Heerhugowaard: in our Busines Segment Industrial Europe Role summary: Assa Abloy is a growing global leader of industrial products and services and is seeking a Plant Manager to lead its production facility in Heerhugowaard, Netherlands. Reporting to the Head of Supply chain Europe, this role carries full responsibility for all plant operations and overall P&L performance. Direct reports of 7 and and a site of approx 150 FTE. The Industrial segment is part of Entrance Systems Division and is responsible for producing Industrial Doors. The European scope of the Industrial segment is around 1.1 BEuro with 5,600 employees. Responsibilities: - Lead all aspects of the factory operations, including production, quality, logistics and purchasing to ensure efficient and high-quality production of industrial doors ( Overhead sectional doors ) - Secure excellent customer satisfaction with deliveries of right quality at right time. - Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize production processes, improve on time delivery, reduce costs, and enhance product quality - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance...
