We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide essential peer and operational support to our patients during their recovery journey. As a BHT, you'll spend the most time with our patients and play an important role in fostering trust and connection while ensuring patient safety at all times. Position Details: - Reporting to: Director of Operations - Schedule: Full-Time, Saturday-Wednesday, 7 AM - 3 PM - Location: Gulf Breeze, FL Key Responsibilities: - Patient Supervision and Safety: Monitor patients and facility grounds, conduct safety checks, and communicate with medical staff for attention needs.
