Description At the San Francisco SPCA, we believe that access to veterinary care should never depend on income or zip code. Our Community Medicine team provides high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter surgeries and preventive care to animals across San Francisco — from beloved family pets to free-roaming community cats. We’re looking for a Registered Veterinary Technician who is both technically skilled and deeply compassionate — someone who can expertly manage anesthesia, deliver compassionate patient care, and keep calm and curious in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. This is a role for a confident, detail-oriented technician who takes pride in precision, teamwork, and the impact of their work.
