Catholic Social Services is currently seeking a full time overnight, 42 hours per week, Front-Line leader in EDMONTON to join our team. Providing excellent client-centered care, you are confident, thoughtful, and motivated to achieve success when supporting others in your community. One position has a weekly full time (overnight) schedule of (8pm -8am) 4 on - 4 off rotation at PCC. Job application closing date: May 28, 2026. Overview: Mistahimaskwa House: This program is for youth 12-19 who have been exposed to substance, physical and mental abuse, sexual exploitation, physical/mental trauma and who also have severe complex mental health needs. Mistahimaskwa/PCC is a program designed to help youth with their mental health needs in a residential setting with extra supports such as; higher ratios of staff and in collaboration with supports from Alberta Health Services who are on site daily. These are youth who currently cannot be supported in other residential setting. With the support from both CSS and AHS, we work clients using harm reduction principles and practices to which promote empowerment and stabilization.
