About This Role We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented Strategic Accounts Manager on our K-12 team, focusing on business development and HVAC sales in the K-12 school market. You will be responsible for growing commercial equipment, controls and service sales in K-12 market in assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain owner relationships with partners in larger school districts to influence design standards and Carrier preference on projects for direct and indirect sales opportunities. Account management strategies. Communicate with and influence internal and external customers and sales leaders regarding sales proposals and strategies. Help to improve account management policies and processes by implementing innovative solutions. Conduct Market analysis and identify key customer targets. Help to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets in assigned territory. Use state procurement contracts and other sales tools to increase equipment sales.
