Description YOUR PURPOSE: Responsible for managing and overseeing the entire collateral protection insurance process, including handling payment protection insurance claims and services, as well as administering all aspects of total loss vehicle administrative functions. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating with various departments and external partners, and providing exceptional customer service to policyholders throughout the claims and administrative processes. Additionally, it requires meticulous attention to detail in processing documentation, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication to resolve any issues that may arise. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Process weekly CPI (collateral protection insurance) reports and administer the process: recalculate payments after premiums post, make payment adjustments after premium refunds post, and coordinate with members, vendors, and insurance companies to resolve issues. Acts as custodian for documents related to these activities, mail correspondence, receive payments and credit member accounts.
