Exterior Equipment Project Manager

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Exterior Equipment Project Manager to lead the technical convergence and development of exterior vehicle components. This role is responsible for coordinating engineering activities related to exterior equipment (such as bumpers, sealing systems, glazing, and mechatronic components) and ensuring alignment with project performance targets. The successful candidate will act as a key interface between engineering teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders, driving progress and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technical convergence of one or more domains related to exterior equipment components - Manage a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project objectives (QCDP: Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance) - Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure performance targets are met in line with project expectations - Oversee development activities for exterior systems such as: - Bumpers - Sealing systems - Glazing - Mechatronic components Support the Chief Project Manager by: - Communicating project status - Escalating risks and potential deviations within the assigned scope...
