Position Overview: Grade 5: The Crew Lead – Forklift Operator / Shipper-Loader plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient movement of materials and the accurate loading of finished boats, molds, fixtures, and related equipment. This position supports all shipping and logistics functions and serves as a backup to the Group Leader, assisting with outbound and inbound coordination, documentation, and load optimization. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, safe equipment operation, leadership capability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
