Responsibilities: - Serve as an intermediary between the sales force and our suppliers and manufacturers. - Provide resolutions to product related questions for our sales staff. - Communicate with product managers and vendors to source special products and pricing quotes. - Be a technical expert on your assigned product line(s) to provide accurate and rapid assistance. - Work as part of a collaborative team.
