The successful candidate will play a key role in managing unemployment claim processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. This position also partners closely with supervisors and HR colleagues to support effective employment practices across the campus and contribute to a consistent, fair, and compliant employee experience.
