About The Little Gym The Little Gym is a global leader in children’s enrichment, serving kids ages 4 months–12 years through fun, structured, movement-based programs that build confidence, skills, and joy. The Little Gym of Middleton has been independently owned and operated since 2004, and we’re now focused on rapidly growing our new Sun Prairie location. Compensation $50,000–$55,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonuses tied directly to membership growth and revenue. High performers have clear upside as the gym scales. The Role This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the overall success and growth of the gym.
