Job description
The Copier Setup Technician II is responsible for leading large/complex projects, as well as preparing all new copier equipment for sale, taking care to meet or exceed all established quality assurance standards. QUALIFICATIONS: - Act as the primary point of contact and lead on large/complex setup projects including but not limited to: Interterritorial, Enhanced Copier Solutions, multi-machine multi-location deals and tracking of supporting documentation via Share Point or relevant tools. - Perform assembly and setup of equipment utilizing the proper setup checklists, prioritizing based on the setup schedule. - Troubleshoot any issues that arise during setup, utilizing any resource available to ensure proper setup, exceeding all established quality assurance standards. - Test all functions following guidelines set by the setup checklist. - Clean all surfaces of equipment to acceptable quality assurance standards. - Perform all necessary administrative functions in ERP system and fill out all applicable documents to support the setup process. - Move products in and around the distribution centers and to and from off-site storage. - Accurately and completely follow setup checklist/gu...
