J. Blanton Plumbing is seeking an experienced Mitigation Crew Chief to lead water damage mitigation and restoration projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing job sites, directing mitigation laborers, ensuring proper equipment setup, and delivering high-quality service to our customers. The ideal candidate has experience in the restoration industry, understands drying and mitigation processes, and can confidently lead a team while maintaining professionalism with homeowners.
