What You'll Be Doing The Alternative Investment Client Service Specialist is responsible for supporting Stifel’s alternative investment business through superior product support to advisors and fund partners. This includes interacting with sales team via phone and email to provide general information in response to inquiries related to alternative investments and working collaboratively with teammates to facilitate the offering process. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, high attention to detail and be a team player. What We're Looking For: - Provide the highest quality of customer service through written and verbal communications. - Process alternative investment transactions in Stifel’s alternative investment order and fulfillment tool by conducing eligibility and document reviews - Assist Fund partners and their administrators in remediation of any outstanding items related to client orders - Assist in reconciliation efforts during fund closings by interfacing with fund partners and Operations teams to support transaction booking efforts • Support the Alternative Investment hot line by answering questions related to the business from advisors, sales assistants, b...
