DIRECT HIRE: Seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join a dynamic team as a Concrete Foreman in the Beloit, WI. area. Salary: $40hr - $45hr (weekly paid) Base hours: M - F, 6am - 4pm Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, PTO, Holidays Company Truck Responsibilities: - Read and interpret construction blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to perform accurate concrete layout, formwork setup, and site preparation - Perform job layout for foundations, footings, slabs, and flatwork using measuring tools, lasers, levels, and surveying equipment to ensure proper elevations and dimensions - Direct and supervise concrete crews, assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring quality workmanship on commercial and industrial concrete projects - Coordinate forming, rebar placement, embeds, anchor bolts, and pour sequencing to meet project schedules and structural requirements - Oversee concrete placement, screeding, finishing, curing, and joint cutting to ensure surfaces meet project specifications and quality standards - Communicate with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, and subcontractors to resolve...
