We are currently seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team at Promenade , a 288 unit apartment community in McDonough, GA. Position Summary: The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the property. Duties include daily trash removal from all exterior areas, cleaning around dumpsters, landscaping tasks (raking, mulching, weeding, watering), and snow/ice removal per policy.
