G MASS are seeking a senior Private Markets Operations professional to support the lifecycle management of private debt and private equity investments. This is a hands-on role within an established alternatives platform, requiring proven experience across private markets operations. The successful candidate will come from a bank or investment manager background and bring the seniority to operate autonomously from day one. You’ll be joining a high-performing alternatives platform with exposure to complex private market transactions and evolving operational workflows, with the opportunity to contribute to both execution and process development.
