About the role As a Working Student (f/m/d) in Recruiting Operations, you will support the execution and continuous improvement of our recruiting processes in a dynamic, international environment. Working closely with recruiters and hiring teams, you will contribute to making talent acquisition an impactful function that supports our continued growth. Your Responsibilities: - Recruiting Support: Support the day-to-day execution of recruiting processes across multiple open roles and stakeholder groups. - Candidate Experience: Contribute to clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the recruiting process. - Job Operations : Support the publication and maintenance of job advertisements and related hiring materials across relevant channels. - Process Quality: Help maintain accurate documentation, structured workflows, and reliable process execution across the recruiting lifecycle. - System Maintenance: Keep candidate and requisition data up to date across recruiting systems and shared working tools. - Pipeline Research: Assist with talent research, market mapping, and selected sourcing support for priority hiring topics.
