Position: Food Runner Reports to: General Manager The Food Runner plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions: Order Delivery: - Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables quickly and accurately. - Ensure the presentation and quality of food meet the restaurant's high standards. - Communicate any special requests or modifications to the kitchen staff. - Follows company policy in handling guest allergies/intolerances, ensuring guests receive "safe" meals.
