Job description

The Maintenance Tech will be r eporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, w orking with cross functional team s to resolve concerns that will affect the daily operation. The maintenance technician will maintain and repair Peet’s roasting plant equipment and facilities to keep them in good working condition. Maintain and keep a good attendance record. What You Will Do: Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment according to the maintenance schedule. Diagnose and repair filling and assembly lines as needed. Interpret and utilize system error messages on related equipment . Understand roasting equip ment operation which include s the operation of HMI s. Be able to work on bag slitters and pallet lifter. Perform diagnosis and repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic system s. Read and interpret electrical diagrams as per equipment repairs and diagnosis . Possess the ability to use and understand multimeters. Repair f acilities related items, doors, dock levelers, lights, ballasts, sinks, drains, and general grounds maintenance. Assists with roasting equipment maintenance which will require the ability to work on ladders and use basic hand and power tools. Perform and a ssist in line...
