Resident Maintenance Engineer 📍 Royal College of Pathologists – London 🏢 Pareto FM 🕒 Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00 Pareto FM has an exciting opportunity for a Resident Maintenance Engineer to join the team supporting a prestigious and highly respected client site – the Royal College of Pathologists in London . This role is based at one dedicated client site , giving you the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of the building, its systems, and its operational requirements, without the need for regular travel between locations. Working as part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems , ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards. The Role: As a Resident Maintenance Engineer, you will support the contract management team with the day-to-day maintenance of building services systems.
