Overview We are looking for a Longo Lexus Master Technician/Certified Technician that can thrive in a demanding and fast paced environment as we are the #1 Lexus Dealership in the Western US. The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing and performing vehicle repairs and maintenance work as assigned; and in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and standards. The Service Technician is also responsible for communicating with the management team and service consultants at all points of service repair and with regard to recommended services. The Master Technician/Certified Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation between $32.00, depending on experience. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. *This position is 100% on site at Longo Lexus in El Monte, CA.
