Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience working in a consumer devices battery technical environment, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree. - Experience with mobile phone architecture. - Experience designing Li-Ion batteries. Preferred qualifications: - Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field. - Experience in fuel gauge design or algorithm development. - Experience with test automation and scripting. - Experience with developing testing schedules for battery characterization equipment such as Maccor, Arbin, etc. - Understanding of product thermals, IC, and product packaging issues/limitations.
