Reporting to the SVP, Americas, this leader is accountable for creating an elevated, industry-leading consumer experience that drives revenue, profitability, and brand advocacy across every store. Grounded in deep understanding of consumer behavior and premium retail operations, this role will define the direction for store performance, lead and develop high-performing teams, and ensure YETI shows up with excellence in every interaction.
