Minimum Hiring Wage: From $81,889.60 a year Job Details: Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Job Description: A Brief Overview The lead role of Donor Development & Philanthropy cultivates a comprehensive strategy around major gift development for both the Great River Health Foundation and the Henry County Health Center Foundation. While being active and engaged within the Mount Pleasant community, this experienced professional will also lead the organization's one-on-one donor cultivation through engagement, follow-up, and the building of long-term professional relationships. Successfully executing planned giving and annual campaign strategies will be key to success.
