Renewables Project Engineer OR Engineering Analyst (SPC Renewable Energy O&M) Job Summary: This role is responsible for managing major capital and O&M projects for the SPC Renewable Fleet, providing technical expertise to improve reliability, driving fleet-wide standardization, and supporting acquisitions and development through risk assessment and O&M contract negotiation. Primary responsibilities include: Project Management - Lead all phases of large capital and O&M projects - from initiation to completion - including design, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. - Develop business cases for new projects and assess their impact, collaborating with SPC’s Project Analysis & Market Assessment (PAMA) team as necessary. - Conduct cost-benefit analyses to inform project prioritization. - Develop and manage the five-year capital budget and plan. - Support the SPC Budget Analyst with invoice reconciliation, accruals, variance explanations, and projections. - Lead contract management and administration processes to support successful project delivery and maintain compliance. - Drive service requests and team coordination for successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects - Facilitate c...
