WHAT YOU’LL OWN: Talent Strategy - Design and maintain a TA strategy that supports both high-volume hourly hiring and leadership recruitment — including channel mix, sourcing approach, workforce planning inputs, and long-range hiring capacity. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing - Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that strengthen ECW’s market presence and attract top talent across hourly and professional roles. Own recruitment marketing across social media, job boards, referral programs, AI tools, and community partnerships. Technology & Optimization - Own the recruitment tech stack — ATS, pre-screening tools, sourcing automation, and onboarding platforms. Identify, implement, and drive adoption of tools that reduce manual lift, improve pipeline quality, and deliver a better candidate experience. Team Leadership - Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of 1–3 recruiters. Build workflows and standards that drive consistency without requiring constant oversight or heroics to sustain.
