Role Overview We are looking for an Adoption & Change Management (ACM) Consultant to support client organizations through transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on user adoption, process change, and stakeholder engagement . As an ACM Consultant, you will work within a collaborative consulting team structure designed to balance autonomy, support, and exposure. Key Responsibilities: - Support change management and adoption activities across client transformation programs - Contribute to the design and execution of change, communication, and adoption plans - Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leadership and C-level executives , with professionalism and credibility - Facilitate workshops, meetings, and working sessions with client teams - Support process adoption initiatives and help ensure new ways of working are embedded effectively - Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery - Adapt working approach based on client context, including on-site presence when required Required Experience & Skills: - Minimum 2 years of experience in change management, adoption, consulting, or a related field - Stron...
