Responsibilities & Qualifications TekSynap is seeking a Senior Assessment & Authorization (A&A) Support Lead to lead Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities in support of MSC’s Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: - Eight (8) –Ten (10) years of experience in A&A and RMF support. - eMASS proficiency - Strong RMF expertise. Certifications: - Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) II certification - 8570 certification: IAM Level III. Education: - Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science degree. (Preferred in IT, Engineering, or related). Clearance: - Clearance: Secret. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop RMF artifacts and Authority To Operate (ATO) packages in eMASS. - Perform site, system, and platform IT validation testing. - Conduct Mission-Based Cyber Risk Assessments (MBCRAs). - Coordinate with Navy Security Control Assessor and Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) requirements. COMPETENCIES: - Risk Management Framework (RMF) - A&A documentation - Navy Qualified Validator (NQV II) - Cybersecurity assessment..
