About Us The Assistant Director of Finance provides senior-level financial leadership for the Engineering, Facilities & Maintenance and Project Design & Construction divisions within Albert Einstein College of Medicine (AECOM). This role operates in a unionized labor environment and supports complex facilities operations and capital programs for AECOM. The Assistant Director of Finance is responsible for ensuring sound financial stewardship, transparency, and compliance while partnering closely with operational leaders to manage operating budgets, capital investments, procurement, and long-range financial planning. The role balances fiscal discipline, procurement and operational functions with the mission-driven priorities of patient care, education, and research.
