The Role: An historic hub at the heart of the community, the Burrs of Tongue is an iconic building, and home to Alba Bakery. Alba Bakery is a small, considered bakery and café serving excellent coffee, freshly baked goods, and a carefully curated retail offer. Part of Wildland’s wider work in Sutherland, the bakery is rooted in place, designed to feel calm, warm, and genuinely useful for both the local community and those travelling through the north. We are building something simple and long-term, with quality, consistency, and care at its core and are looking to build our team to support this vision.
