Job Description Summary: The individual will assist in completion of organization responsibilites in all functional areas within the Warehouse. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned) Qualifications: - JDE trained to perform inquiries: Orders, BOLs, Inventory, PO's, Requisitions, Ship Confirm, Release Partial Shipments - TMC trained on inbound and outboard freight (not including small packages) for Auto Tendering, Book to Select or Spot Bidding Loads; able to merge loads/unmerge loads, activity board use and manual BOLs - Ability to schedule a load with understanding and use of Dock Management System, releasing a SCHEDULED load back to CS, able to schedule a load with no order details and schedule Multiple Stop Truck. - Ability to run and maintain shipping paperwork including: Print BOLs/ Pack Slip/ Reprocess/ Cancel Bill of Lading/ Master BOL - Ability to process miscellaneous notes for Shipping from CS regarding the load, F8 notes placed on the load for future reference, run Bill of Lading inquiry, check on freight class maintenance and freight terms - Process all inbound loads and ensure inventory accuracy upon receipt - Proces all receiving of purc...
