Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Establish optimized process parameters and identify / troubleshoot processing problems for all processes in the facility. - Lead engineering support team for processing. - Lead New Product Launches - Responsible for all communications and contacts with appropriate discipline concerning all processing issues.
