ADP is hiring a Sr. Director, Security Program Management ADP is hiring a Senior Director of Security Program Management to lead the Security Program Management Office (SPMO) within Global Enterprise Technology Solutions (GETS). This role serves as the global leader of the SPMO, accountable for day-to-day governance, execution discipline, reporting, and outcomes across all enterprise security initiatives, including those delivered through matrixed teams across ADP. This leader owns the operating rhythm of the SPMO — ensuring transparency, accountability, financial alignment, and measurable risk reduction across a broad portfolio of complex, multi-year, global security programs. The role partners closely with executive stakeholders across Global Security Organizations (GSO), CTO, CIO, and other enterprise organizations and regularly prepares and presents materials for Steering Committees, Working Groups, Executive Committee (XCOM), and select Board updates.
