Reporting Line: Regional Head of Underwriting This position will be responsible for serving as the centerpiece for our regional risk management and portfolio steering, ensuring a constant portfolio quality and supporting sustainable growth for the regional organization. The role offers the ability to conduct in-depth analysis based on credit and surety metrics, while strongly interacting with our local Underwriters, both for global portfolio monitoring reasons but also for decision making when it comes to Regional authority This role manages a portfolio of companies in a volatile environment by analyzing Surety parameters, public and private financial data, market trends, microeconomic conditions, and is providing strong support and guidance to local teams Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Manage a profitable portfolio of business utilizing sound credit analysis techniques in relation with specifics of the surety facilities and surety standards - Provides strong guidance and support both to the local teams and regional team on portfolio steering and prospects studies - Perform consistent financial and credit analysis to determine the appropriate credit rating of companies (prospec...
