Position Summary: The Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (EVP, CFO) serves as the organization’s senior financial leader and is a strategic partner for both the Chief Executive Officer and the executive leadership team. The Chief Financial Officer is an expert in the current financial landscape of healthcare organizations, challenging payor reimbursement, government payors and relationships, and provides strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and senior management. The EVP, CFO will require strong performance and transformational management on a wide variety of financial strategy and operations and be an organizational expert in payer strategy, revenue optimization and performance management. The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for overseeing all financial functions, including financial planning and analysis, capital and operational budgeting, revenue cycle, accounting, and financial reporting to support the organization’s performance and long-term growth.
