Description SUMMARY: The Deposit Services Support Specialist II is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of assigned tasks related to the Deposit Services area. This position operates in a fast-paced environment with several processing time frames, compliance regulations, and daily deadlines. This position is also responsible for supporting team members in the Banking Centers that are assisting clients with inquiries and issues. The Deposit Services Support Specialist II performs complex, non-routine operational tasks, including reconciliations, regulatory support, and exception handling, reflecting expanded scope and autonomy beyond Level I while remaining subject to established procedures and management review. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform a variety of maintenance on deposit accounts, (i.e. title changes, name and address changes, rate changes, PRA, Linked Transfer, etc.); perform all necessary steps to complete change accurately, submit maintenance offsets for review, and maintain an acceptable error ratio. - Responsible for monitoring signed Stop Payment letters in accordance with UCC guidelines. - Assist with tax levy, and summons processing in...
