Job description

The NFL is hiring a Podcast Strategy & Insights Associate for its Audience Development Team. The Audience Development team is responsible for distributing and programming content across the NFL’s digital ecosystem, reaching millions of NFL fans each day. This role’s core mandate is to oversee the NFL Podcast Network including developing future slate strategy, analyzing performance across distribution points, and providing actionable insights that grow audiences and deliver long-term value for the NFL and its audio partners. The ideal candidate is a strong self-starter who can combine an interest in the audio landscape with creative thinking and a foundation in analytics. Core responsibilities include deep-dive analysis to develop future slate strategy, delivering performance insights, developing and executing promotional strategy across internal and external endpoints and monitoring industry macro trends.
