THE ROLE 📝: We’re looking for a Talent Partner to join our Talent Management team on a 6-month contract. This is a hybrid role spanning Talent Acquisition and Performance Management, where you’ll play a critical role in supporting our growth and enhancing our people practices. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment while also contributing to the delivery and evolution of our performance frameworks, working closely with leaders across the business. Talent Acquisition: - Own the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer - Partner with hiring managers to provide a best-in-class hiring experience - Support employer branding, including writing compelling job adverts and promoting internal mobility Performance Management: - Support the rollout and continuous improvement of Form3’s annual Performance Management Framework. - Drive forward the end-to-end performance cycle (goal setting, in-year reviews and continuous feedback) - Partner with People Partners and business leaders on performance, feedback, and development initiatives - Use data and insights to track performance trends and...
