About the Team The Security Engineering Watermark team is dedicated to building industry-leading watermark algorithms, services, and technologies, and to supporting cross-functional teams in protecting our users, products, and infrastructure. In today's AI-driven content generation landscape, watermarking has become a critical technology for addressing challenges such as insider risk, content provenance and authenticity, copyright protection, and large‑language model(LLM) safeguarding. In this team, you'll have a unique opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to the company's strategy on key security initiatives — particularly in building invisible watermark algorithms for AI‑generated content(AIGC) and LLM models. You will also have the chance to experience the full lifecycle of security products and services, and are encouraged to participate in solving real-world problems across TikTok/ByteDance products at scale.
