SSI is seeking a Senior Space Systems Engineer for a role in Chantilly, VA. Role and Responsibilities: - Provides technical oversight and leadership for development, testing, integration, and operations effort associated with the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. - Provide systems engineering guidance in the development of test and evaluation plans, system verification plans, and other systems engineering processes and documents - Provide inputs and support on technical and/or programmatic status reporting of individual projects, programs, or portfolios. - Identify areas of improvement with actionable, feasible recommendations, and tasks for reducing risk where appropriate as well as support risk identification, process definition, and detailed technical risk mitigation plans. - Maintain awareness of current program schedule, monitor acquisition implementation, report requirement shortfalls,...
