Pay Grade 10 | Full Time | Shift Details: 8:00AM-4:30PM Monday - Friday (Rotate On-Call Weekends) Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position Job Summary: You will be a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and forms partnerships across the HR department to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects our goals and facilitates a positive relationship. You will report to the Human Resources Supervisor. Requirements: You will respond to employee and manager phone inquiries of different natures, using multiple HR systems such as HRIS, Timekeeping, Pay Card, Employee Self Service. Advise on performance management including performance reviews and disciplinary action and terminations. Manage and resolve routine to mid-complex employee relations issues. Review performance management plans and coach management staff before discussions with associates to ensure consistency and relevance. You will monitor, audit and report on important metrics and responsibilities on an ongoing basis by working within HR systems. Participate in planning department goals and systems.
