Prep Cook- Employee Dining Room

Job description

JOB SUMMARY: $17.00 an hour. With a friendly, upbeat and positive attitude. Prepares food items for the employee dining room ensuring all specifications and standards are met. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: - Maintains excellent kitchen hygiene and sanitary conditions at all times. - Ensures venue product surprises and delights the guests. Follows standardized recipes to ensure accuracy with food orders. - Prepares food and cooks food for guests. - Complete all pre-shift work and break down stations after close following the guidelines of the open/close checklist. - Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: - High school degree or equivalent preferred. - A minimum of one year experience in high volume restaurant industry preferred. - Must be familiar with cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. - Grill experience preferred. - Must be a team player, and work well with others in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business WORK ENVIRONMENT: - Must be able to work independently. - Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time (minimum of four hours). - Demonstra...
