HR Specialist

Job description

The HR Specialist will provide expert support across a range of HR functions, across the entire employment lifecycle (including onboarding, payroll processing, compensation & benefits administration, HR data administration, employee relations, performance management support, and offboarding). This role collaborates closely with the employees, managers, and Head of HR to ensure that the HR policies and practices are implemented consistently, supporting a positive work environment and alignment with business objectives, at a fast-growing peace Onboarding: Prepare the onboarding process, including coordinating the medical check-up process, drafting employment documents (employment contract, job description, etc.) and welcome day preparation; Payroll: Prepare accurate and timely payroll process, while maintaining up-to-date employee records. Ensure full compliance with tax, legal, and audit requirements. Collaborate with external payroll services and the internal HR and finance teams to ensure smooth and accurate payroll execution; Compensation & Benefits: Administer employees’ benefits and maintain accurate HR and compensation data.
